Manufactured homes are factory-built homes engineered and constructed in
accordance with the federal building code administered by the U.S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The HUD code was established in 1976.
Prior to that time, manufactured homes were referred to as mobile homes. Manufactured homes may be single- or multi-sectioned and are available in various sizes and floor plan configurations.
Titan is the only manufacturer of HUD code homes in New York State. Being manufactured in-state saves the home buyer an additional $3,000 to $7,000 in transportation costs.

Titan Homes of New York is one of the thirty plus Champion factories operating in the US, Canada and the UK. Champion is one of the largest manufacturers in the country and has a long history of providing quality manufactured homes as the affordable alternative to site built and other types of housing. Our homebuyers benefit from Champion's ability to purchase building materials, including interior features and appliances, in large quantities resulting in lower costs. Based on years of experience, Titan has developed advanced engineering and construction methods to ensure customers receive affordable and quality-built manufactured homes.

Titan manufactured homes are built in a controlled factory environment, which means every part of the home, from the front door to the bathroom sink, is protected from vandalism and weather-related damage. Titan technicians, craftsmen, and assemblers are well trained and professionally supervised resulting in quality that is built-in. Finally, every home built is regularly inspected during each phase of the construction process to ensure the home meets high quality standards.
Energy Efficient Homes
Along with automobiles, homes are one of the highest consumers of energy
resources. Considering this, Titan designs all manufactured and modular homes
to conserve energy while providing you year-round comfort.
Titan manufactured homes are engineered to meet specific climate zone requirements identified by the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development. These modular homes are designed to meet or exceed specific provisions for thermal performance as established by the International Energy Conservation Code. Every Titan home design is computer tested to ensure it meets or exceeds efficiency codes before being built.
Titan offers a number of optional enhancements to further increase home energy efficiency such as Energy Star(R) rated appliances and in some regions, Energy Star(R) certified homes. We will work with you to determine the additional energy saving choices that will work best for your new Titan home.
